This is a space for men who are ready to pause, reflect, and reconnect — with themselves and with other men walking a conscious path.
Twice a month, we gather in circle to step out of performance mode and into presence.
Each session includes:
• Guided journaling prompts to deepen self-awareness
• Intentional, grounded conversation
• Somatic breathwork to regulate the nervous system and release stored tension
• Space for honest reflection without judgment or fixing
This circle is for men who are navigating responsibility, fatherhood, leadership, transition, stress, or simply the desire to know themselves more deeply.
You don’t need to have experience with breathwork or men’s work. You just need to come as you are.
Together, we practice listening.

Together, we practice becoming more grounded, regulated, and intentional men.
