My Story

I’m Sergio—somatic breathwork practitioner and first responder. Before this work, I spent years in high-stress environments working in EMS and HEMS in Imperial County and throughout Southern California, where pressure was constant and slowing down wasn’t an option.

  • You learn to push through.

  • You learn to shut things off.

  • You learn to keep going—no matter what.

But that comes at a cost.

Stress doesn’t just disappear.
It stays in the body.

Over time, that looks like:

  • always feeling “on edge”

  • difficulty shutting your mind off

  • feeling disconnected from yourself

  • carrying tension you can’t explain

That’s where everything started to shift for me. Not through thinking. Through the body. Through the breath.

What I Do

Serving the Imperial Valley locally and virtually anywhere, I help people regulate their nervous system using somatic breathwork.

This work is designed to help you:

  • come out of constant stress and overwhelm

  • release stored tension from the body

  • reconnect with your breath and awareness

  • build real control over your internal state

This isn’t just about relaxation. It’s about learning how to work with your physiology instead of fighting it.
