This 1:1 Virtual somatic breathwork session is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release stored stress, and reconnect with your body.
If you’ve been carrying pressure, feeling overwhelmed, or stuck in a constant state of “on” — this session gives your system a way to reset.
We use guided breathwork patterns that safely activate and then down-regulate the nervous system, allowing your body to process tension, emotion, and stress without needing to force anything.
This is not talk therapy.
This is not just relaxation.
This is direct work with the body.
